AssociatedContent.com - Articles are compensated on a per article basis. There are different payment choices.
Triond.com - This is my favorite writing site. It allows writers to publish a wide array of work from poetry to photography. You will receive royalties for life. Royalties are based off the views your articles receive.

What do you choose? Love or money? Your dreams or do you sometimes think that fate and destiny wasn't meant to follow a particular path?

There are many books I have read that talk about how important it is to create a plan and stick to it in order to reach your goals and dreams, but what if something comes along that changes a big part of your plans?

There are no guarantees in life, except tax and in my own version, that you will be the only person in this world who gets the privledge of living with you your entire life.

I don't think that's there's any right or wrong way to live your life. I don't think there's any particular map or formula that will guarantee better results than another. What I mean by this is that part of success in life is the ability to be flexible. When life throws you stones, polish them and sell them as precious gems. In other words, its not about the right or wrong move, it's more about how you decide to conduct yourself in any given situation.

While there are many people in this world who will do anything to get ahead, you can trust in your heart that you are a good person. You know that your intentions are only good, that you are trustworthy and that is why you can sleep at night. For others, it is often not the case.

Always trust your heart. Believe in what's truly most important to you. Learn from your past, it has taught you well. Look to the future with hope, joy, and no expectations. Everyday is new. Every person a clean slate. Every opportunity the chance of a lifetime because it is what you make of it, what you put into it and what you see in it.

And, always remember, take care of yourself and each other.

What is your greatest passion in life? How long have you known it was your greatest love? When did you first realize that it was? Have you been actively pursuing it? If not, why?

These are some very important questions that you will want to ask yourself right now, if you have not yet done so. They are vital to the happiness you continue to experience now and for the rest of your life.

Many people talk about their dreams, but according to statistics, there are only a small percentage of the population who actually follow through on their dreams. Where do you stand among the sea of dreamers?

Maybe you say, I'll get to that tomorrow. Or I'll do that after I finish this. There's always tomorrow, or I could start next year. And, then the days, months and years pass suddenly and swiftly and your dreams are left unfulfilled. Yes, it's quite easy to make excuses, place blame, ignore, and bury your dreams away.

But why?

While the catepillar seems somewhat safe and comfortable in its cocoon, anything could come by and destroy it. It's living a limited life and though ignorance is bliss, how much more full and wondrous its live becomes when it breaks free of its confinement and flies.

You are meant to fly.

You are meant to reach, obtain, and grab hold to every dream you have every imagined. And, you are and will. Take all the steps necessary. Learn from those who are experts at what you consider a successful life or career. Absorb, learn, and be proactive! You have choices and you can choose to make all your dreams a reality!

Step-by-Step to Success!

I'm realizing more and more everyday just how important it is to not only talk, think and envision your dreams to the fullest, you must also take the time to map them out. Make a plan and write the it down in a structured, organized, step-by-step, easy to follow guide.

I am currently reading a book that gives the great example of being told that you have won a great prize, but in order to claim it you must arrive at a specific location on a certain date. The only catch is, you cannot ask for directions and no address is given.

The author is trying to illustrate how having a dream without a map is as impossible a task as the scenario above. So you must make your path for success as sure as possible. You must continue to write down, think about, and break it down into manageable, not so imposing pieces.

For myself, the thought of pursuing my every dream can be quite intimidating. I have been through my share of difficulties that have often caused me to not feel "up to" purusing them actively. Sometimes it can even make the idea of venturing down my road of dreams seem like something to frightening to attempt. But, the voice inside my soul propels me forward. It won't let me fade into the shadows of oblivion. It knows that I have so much more to offer the world, if given the chance, if I give myself the chance.

If you are anything like me, you can break free from you fears and reach every success and dream you have ever imagined for yourself. Rome wasn't built overnight. You can take baby, small, medium, etc steps. Just take the steps.

About 2 years ago I made the decision to start actively pursuing my writing dreams. While I have to pay the bills and have a full time job, my writing accomplishments are slowly, but surely adding up. Start with a single step and before you know it, your dreams will begin to soar!
